Debra J. Gronewoller Wright is a magistrate judge for the Twelfth Judicial District in Kansas. She was appointed on September 18, 2012, to fill the vacancy left by Bonnie J. Wilson's retirement.[1] She was retained in 2014 for a term that expires in 2018.[2]
Education
Write earned her associate of arts degree from Cloud County Community College, her bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Rolla and her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.[1]
Career
Prior to her appointment in 2012, Wright served as legal counsel for the juvenile officer of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court in Harrisonville, Missouri. She also worked as an attorney and had a private practice in Raymore and Kansas City.[1]

Wright was retained to District 12 with 88.6 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [2]
