Debra L. Wellborn

Debra L. Wellborn is an associate judge of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois. She was appointed on November 12, 2014. [1] Wellborn was reappointed in 2015 and 2019.[2][3]
Education
Wellborn received an undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri in 1984, and a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis in 1986.[1]
Career
Prior to her judicial appointment, Wellborn worked at the State of Illinois Attorney General's Office.[1]
