Debra McLaughlin

Debra McLaughlin is a judge for the Twenty-Third Judicial Circuit in West Virginia, which presides over Berkeley County, Jefferson County, and Morgan County. She was appointed by Gov. Jim Justice (R) on August 28, 2017, to fill the vacancy created by the passing of Judge John Yoder.[1]
Biography
At the time of her appointment to the bench, McLaughlin was the county prosecutor for Morgan County. Her professional experience also includes work as an assistant prosecutor for the county.[1]
