Focus on creating an environment where every student has

the opportunity to succeed and every staff member feels valued and appreciated. Would make thoughtful, fiscally
responsible decisions ensuring transparency and listening to concerns while prioritizing policies that strengthen academic

excellence.
I believe strong schools are built through strong community

partnerships. I would actively engage with a diverse set of
local groups to make sure we stay connected to the families

and community we serve.
Good teaching engages students, meets a diverse set of

needs and fosters both personal and academic growth

I would measure it by student progress, observation, and

feedback from students and parents
By prioritizing fiscal responsibility, budget review, and

exploring grants and partnerships that support educational

programs.
It is imperative to protect students and staff. Necessary to

create a secure and supportive environment for all. Making
sure both physical security and emotional well being have

clear guidelines and policies in place.
Need to ensure access to resources, promote a supportive

and respectful school culture, and provide programing that

help students and staff develop coping skills and resilience.
I would continue to build on some of the current polices.

Want
to promote transparency, encourage parent involvement,
foster a safe learning environment for all and support strong

academics.
Safe, Supportive and engaging environment where every

student feels valued and motivated to reach their

full potential.
By being accessible, listening to their concerns and

attending school events. Want to make sure they know their

voices are heard and valued
Would promote a positive and supportive work environment

offering competitive compensation and providing
opportunities for professional growth. I would also work with
local schools and universities as well as Proffesional
networks to help attract the most talented pool of candidates

that share our districts values.
I believe in expanding curriculum to provide students with a

wide range of opportunities that prepare them for collage,
careers and life. This would include strengthening our
current CTE education and expanding on programing
in STEM, Technology and Arts. Want to make sure

all students have access to match their interests.
Should be a limited tool used to support academics. Not a replacement for teachers, parents or classical learning. Must always be used with safeguards and transparency in place.
My biggest accomplishment is my children. I am so proud of the confident, smart and caring people all three of them have become.
