Biography
Dee Howard Mullins was born in Huntsville, Texas. She earned a high school diploma from Huntsville High School, a bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University, and a graduate degree from Webster University. Howard Mullins' career experience includes working as a city council member, federal probation officer, substitute teacher, nonprofit director, newspaper reporter, and juvenile parole officer. As of 2024, she was affiliated with the Lions Club.[1]
