The Delaware Court on the Judiciary is a judicial disciplinary agency in Delaware.[1]
Organization
The court is made up of nine members: The chief and associate justices of the state supreme court, the chancellor, the president judge of the superior court, the chief judge of the family court, and the chief judge of the court of common pleas.[2]
