Delaware Legislature Division of Research
The Delaware Legislature Division of Research is a legislative service bureau for the Delaware Legislature specializing in legislative research, bill drafting, and the distribution of publications related to the Delaware Legislature.

Services offered
Bill drafting
The Delaware Division of Legislative Research provides bill drafting services for all members of the Delaware House of Representatives and the Delaware State Senate.[3]
Legislative library
The Division of Research operates a Legislative Library which houses all legislative records from 1973 to the present, House and Senate Journals, and computer databases that track legislation for all 50 states.[4]
Legislative publications
The Division of Research releases publications to both members of the Legislature and the general public. This includes the Delaware Register of Regulations, Delaware Constitution, and many other related publications on topics of interest.[3]
Research
The Division of Research provides all legislative research on request to members of the Delaware Legislature.[3]
