The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Compact is an interstate compact between New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This compact established a commission to oversee the construction and management of free and toll bridges over the Delaware River between the two member states. The compact also has congressional consent.[1]

The legislature of each member state passes the laws with certain modifications, but the core of the legislation remains the same.
