Chris Dalton (L)
I support an end to civil forfeiture.
I support updating cottage food laws to allow Delawareans to earn a living out of their own homes or farms.

Sonja Mehaffey (Nonpartisan)
Quality Public Education and Youth Programs for Pre-K through 2 year college. Not using tax payer dollars for Private schools that are not required to meet any minimum standards, participate in state testing, or admit any student that they consider less than desirable. Sounds like modern day segregation to me and that is not worthy of hardworking Delawareans tax money.
Term Limits for all Elected Officials. These Public Offices were never intended to be career postions, that is how we have come to the mess we are in today. To many good ole boy backroom deals that have been struck between special interest groups and their "friends" that they can count on at Legislative Hall. These relationships develop over time, reduce that timeframe with term limits and see what happens. Because what we have now does not work for the average Delawarean.
