I fully support a clean bill legalizing marijuana for recreational use.

I support an end to civil forfeiture.

I support updating cottage food laws to allow Delawareans to earn a living out of their own homes or farms.

Environmental Protection Delaware is currently ranked number 1, in the entire nation, for the most polluted waterways. 97.5% of our rivers, streams and bays are contaminated beyond recreational use and 100% of our estuaries are polluted. This means that the fish and wildlife are living in toxic environments that will reduce their populations every day and that the fish are not suitable for human consumption.

Quality Public Education and Youth Programs for Pre-K through 2 year college. Not using tax payer dollars for Private schools that are not required to meet any minimum standards, participate in state testing, or admit any student that they consider less than desirable. Sounds like modern day segregation to me and that is not worthy of hardworking Delawareans tax money.

Term Limits for all Elected Officials. These Public Offices were never intended to be career postions, that is how we have come to the mess we are in today. To many good ole boy backroom deals that have been struck between special interest groups and their "friends" that they can count on at Legislative Hall. These relationships develop over time, reduce that timeframe with term limits and see what happens. Because what we have now does not work for the average Delawarean.
I am passionate about reducing or eliminating taxes, and the environment. i believe that our environment is the most valuable national treasure we have, and we as its keepers are not doing enough to protect it. We should invest in clean, nuclear energy to power our homes and businesses, as well as preserving wild areas of our state so that future generations can enjoy it as it is today.

Environmental Protection and Infrastructure updates that help protect the Environment. WE MUST DO BETTER! Our waterways and groundwater is polluted, toxic in many areas of Delaware, from failure to maintain and expand water delivery, wastewater management, and sewer infrastructure. Not to mention underregulating large polluting manufacturing plants and other businesses with toxic waste byproducts that end up in our rivers, streams, and groundwater. Our children and grandchildren need us to do better.
