McQuinn (Democratic Party) is running for re-election to the Virginia House of Delegates to represent District 81. She is on the ballot in the general election on November 4, 2025.[source] She advanced from the Democratic primary on June 17, 2025.
Biography
McQuinn attended Virginia Commonweath University and Virginia Union University. She served on the Richmond City School Board from 1992 to 1996 and the Richmond City Council from 1999 to 2009.[1]
