Deloris Nibert
Deloris Nibert was a temporary family court judge for the Twenty-Sixth Family Court Circuit in Putnam County, West Virginia.[1] She was appointed to fill a slot left open when Judge William M. Watkins took medical leave. Nibert previously served in this same position, and she was reappointed by Chief Justice Brent Benjamin on January 4, 2013.[2] She ran unsucessfully for election to the court in 2014 and retired from the bench at the end of her term.[3]

Primary: She was defeated in the Republican primary on May 13, 2014, receiving 44.1 percent of the vote. She competed against Richard Witt.
