Language on the ballot:

Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight by FOE AERIE 0471 DELPHOS, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of a fraternal club, at 1600 E. Fifth St., Delphos, Ohio 45833 in this precinct?[1][2]
