Biography

Delscia Gray was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She earned an associate degree from the ITT-Technical Institute in 2015. Her career experience includes working as a security officer, in health behavior research and public health, in homeland security, in active shooter training, and medical management.[1]
