Demetrius Atsalis
Demetrius Atsalis is a former Democratic member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the Second Barnstable from 1999 to 2013.
Atsalis has worked as a Prevention Specialist in the Barnstable School System, and in Financial Services for Prudential Insurance.
He is a member of the Hyannis Civil Executive Board, Hyannis Waterfront Action Group, and the Hyannis Civic Association Executive Committee.[1]

2010
Atsalis won re-election to the Second Barnstable seat in 2010. He defeated James Munafo, Jr. in the general election on November 2, 2010.[3]

2008
On November 4, 2008, Turner won re-election for the Massachusetts House of Representatives election for the Second Barnstable district.[4] In this election he raised $50,508-; of that total $48,226- (95.5%) was from in state contributions and $1,750- (3.5%) was from out of state contributions.[5]
