The Democratic Party of Georgia is the Georgia political party affiliate of the national Democratic Party. The group is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.

Charlie Bailey

As of May 2025, the chair of the Democratic Party of Georgia was Charlie Bailey.[1]

Bailey previously ran for election for Lieutenant Governor of Georgia in 2022. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia in 2005 and a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2010. His career experience includes working as an attorney with Cook & Connelly, LLC.[2]





Party leadership

As of April 2025, the executive director of the Georgia Democratic Party was Tolulope Kevin Olasanoye.[3]
