Sirius XM and New England College hosted a debate between U.S. Rep. Dean Phillips (D-Minn.) and Marianne Williamson (D) in Manchester, New Hampshire, on January 8, 2024. It was the first Democratic presidential primary debate of the 2024 presidential election.[1]

The debate was not sanctioned by the Democratic National Committee. Incumbent President Joe Biden (D) did not participate.[1]

    New England College announced the debate on December 21, 2023. The debate took place at the school's College Convention 2024, a convention about the primary process for students.
