I am a 2nd generation Californian by birth, with a grandfather that survived the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake. My grandparents immigrated without having citizenship rights from Ireland, whose indigenous community was suppressed by an empire that ruled nearly 1/4 of the entire world and opposed our nation's forefathers.

I 100% support the U.S. Constitution, not because California teachers are required to take an oath to defend our constitution, but because of my civic and religious belief in defending personal freedom and the spiritual gift of free will for every human. Additionally, I pledge to respect my family members and others that made the supreme sacrifice to defend our liberty. One uncle died in combat during WWII, his brother endured extreme combat under General Patton and my father fortunately served defending the Alaskan border from foreign invasion.

I also respect our indigenous Native Californian brothers and sisters whose ancestors were placed here by the One Creator God. I've been blessed to be a supporter and participant of various Native Californian elders and activities within this indigenous community.

The most important lesson to be learned about remedying global warming, our disastrous wildfires and other environmental concerns requires respecting ancestral Native Californian wisdom and accepting the necessity of indigenous spiritual involvement in all matters relating to Mother Earth.
  • 50% Child Custody Rights to all Competent Parents
  • Native Californian involvement in all Environmental Issues.
  • Stop Parental Alienation and Childhood Divorce Trauma.
50% Child Custody rights should be automatically granted to every competent parent requesting such an arrangement. This right is consistent with the "Equal Protection Clause" in the 14th Amendment of the United states Constitution. Unfortunately, too many greedy and vindictive parents violate the constitutional right of the other parent. Equally guilty of violating our constitution are lawyers and judges that ignore the "Equal Protection Clause" by advocating and granting preferential custody to a parent seeking to alienate the child from the other parent. Parental alienation is child abuse and it must be treated the same as any other form of child abuse.

As your governor I will champion the rights of children as my paramount duty to the citizenry of California. Our future rests with our children, but the lessons being taught our children aren’t consistent with fairness, respect and equality. Our politicians make foul statements about their opponents, practice political feuding and have crafted a legal system requiring great legal expenditures to acquire justice; for these reasons and many others I am not affiliated with any political party.

As a teacher I took an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution. A distraught kindergartner crying told me, “I love my mommy, I love my daddy, why can’t I love them equally by living half of the time with each?” I will organize a voter initiative to amend the California constitution to answer that child's prayer.
