Denise Barnett
Denise Barnett is a judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court Western District of Tennessee. She assumed office on November 8, 2021. Her current term ends on November 8, 2035.
Education
Barnett obtained a B.S. in legal studies from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice at the City University of New York in September 1990. SHe earned a J.D. from William Mithcell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, in June 1995. During law school, she was a staff member and editor of the William Mithcell Law Review.[1]
