As a lifelong native of Northwest Arkansas, I have seen how our area’s tremendous growth has made this a destination for those desiring a wonderful place to live and raise a family.

As someone with over 30 years of business experience that includes 17 years as a senior buyer at Walmart and then another 16 years owning my own small business selling products back into Walmart, I have honed the fine art of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and fiscal responsibility through thousands of tough transactions.

As a firm supporter of the 2nd Amendment, I believe that I have the right to protect myself and my family.

As a Christian, I believe that God created life and He loves all His creations equally. I am 100% Pro-Life. To me, the mantra “Love Thy Neighbor” echoes the sentiment that all life is precious and should be respected and cherished from the unborn to the elderly and everywhere in between.

Children are our future and, for most, the chance to succeed starts with having access to a quality education. I am a strong advocate for school choice, transparency in the classroom, and reject personal agendas and false ideologies that promotes division over unity.

  • I will use my 30+ years of negotiating experience to strategically advance my district's needs. As someone who has worked two differing positions to a common good her whole professional career, I am ready and best equipped to face the quick-paced, big-ego arena in Little Rock.
  • I have managed multi-billion dollar P&L's as well as my own small business P&L so know how to quickly and effectively assess a budget's strengths and weaknesses. Fiscal Responsibility starts with planning, progresses with accountability and follow-up. and then ends with strong implementation. Removing waste, pushing back on budget increases, and reallocating "buckets" of tax money improves the tax payer's ROI on their money.
  • I will fight tirelessly for the unborn.
I support any pro-business initiatives. I also believe in and want to support in a more impactful way any Adoption/Fostering efforts in the state to give girls a better solution to an unwanted pregnancy than abortion.
I look up to an leader who is willing to stand up for their decisions and to communicate their reasons why they made a specific decision. I look up to leaders who look at all sides of an issues and then use reason and logic to consider the impact of their decision for the good of the people. I look up to leaders who are brave enough to show empathy towards others so as to fully understand a persons viewpoint.
The best elected officials are ones that have the highest integrity, that listen to all points of view to make their decisions, that are able to communicate effectively so as to win people over, and who are Servant Leaders.
Strong, tough, good communicator, strategic thinker, good executor, detail-oriented but able to see the big picture, good listener, empathic, hard worker.
Not counting baby-sitting, my first real job was Tastee Freeze in my hometown of Springdale , AR. It was a great job as I got to learn teamwork, organization, working under stress (when working the drive thru), and meeting the public. I took a lot of pride in my work and had a great work ethic. Plus the food and ice cream was really good!
Since we live in a Democratic society and not a dictatorship, the best policymaking is achieved when compromise is allowed to be a part of the process. This does not mean that someone is a sell-out or a pushover. Quite the contrary, these type of legislators are more skilled at strategic decision making and negotiation than someone who just pounds their fist and says "no!"
