Denise Harper Angel (Democratic Party) was a member of the Kentucky State Senate, representing District 35. She assumed office in 2005. She left office on January 1, 2025.
Angel (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Kentucky State Senate to represent District 35. She won in the general election on November 3, 2020.
Biography
Angel's political experience includes being a member of the Jefferson County Democratic Executive Committee and attending the Democratic National Convention as a delegate in 1992. She was a candidate for Lieutenant Governor in 1995. She attended the University of Louisville from 1978 to 1981. Her professional experience includes working as chief of staff for the Property Valuation Administrator Office and Property Valuation Administrator for Jefferson County from 1990 to 2004.
