Denise de Bellefeuille
Denise de Bellefeuille was a judge for the Superior Court of Santa Barbara County in California. She was appointed by former Governor Pete Wilson to the Santa Barbara County Municipal Court on February 11, 1994. de Bellefeuille was then elevated to the superior court in 1998 upon court unification.[1][2] She retired on September 24, 2014.[3]
Education
de Bellefeuille received a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1976 and a J.D. from LaVerne University College of Law in 1981.[4][5]
Career
Prior to becoming a judge for the Superior Court of Santa Barbara County, de Bellefeuille was a judge on the Santa Barbara County Municipal Court for four years. She also previously worked as a deputy district attorney in San Bernardino County and in Santa Barbara County.[5]
