Dennis E Williams is the CEO of Dolphin Consulting Group. He was previously budget director and controller for Sikorsky Global Helicopters and a regional controller for Atlantic Aviation Corporation.[1]

On November 4, 2008, Williams won election to the Delaware House of Representatives from Delaware's 10th District. Williams received 5,091 votes in the election, defeating Robert Valihura, who received 4,898 votes.[13] Williams raised $34,609 for his campaign; Valihura raised $34,910.[14]
