Dennis Elcock
Dennis Elcock ran for judge on the Westmoreland County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania in 2011. He has served as a policeman in Scottdale for years.
2011 election
Elcock ran for an open seat on the Westmoreland County Magisterial District. He was defeated by Chuck Moore in both parties' primaries on May 17. He received 22 percent in the Democratic primary and 28.5 percent of the vote in the Republican primary.[1] All candidates running for the seat were cross-endorsed by the Republican and Democratic parties.[2]
