Dennis F. Carey, III
Dennis F. Carey, III was a judge on the Vicinage 5 Superior Court in New Jersey.[1] Carey was appointed to the court in 2003 by Governor Jim McGreevey. He reached tenured status in July 2010. He became eligible to serve on the court until 2021, the year he reaches 70 years of age, due to New Jersey's mandatory retirement age.[2][3]
Carey retired from the court in 2018 before the end of his term.[4]
Education
Carey received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University in 1972 and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1979.[5]
