Biography

Fritz served in the U.S. Air Force for 28 years and reached the rank of command chief master sergeant. He earned a bachelor's degree in management from National-Louis University and a master's degree in public management from the University of Maryland.[1]

Fritz ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent Maryland's 5th District.[2] Fritz ran as an unaffiliated, write-in candidate. He was defeated by Rep. Steny Hoyer (D) in the general election. The general election took place on November 4, 2014.
