Dennis J. Winner
Dennis J. Winner was the senior resident superior court judge for the 28th Judicial District of the Eighth Division of the Superior Court, serving Buncombe County in North Carolina. He joined the court in 1994 and retired in June 2010.[1]
Education
Winner received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.[2]
