Dennis Nieves is a judge on the Vicinage 8 Superior Court in New Jersey.[1] Nieves was appointed to the court by Governor Jim McGreevey in July 2002. He obtained tenured status in 2009.[2] He will now serve on the court until he reaches 70 years of age in 2030.[3]
