Price graduated from Rubidoux High School in Riverside, California in 1992. He then joined the United States Navy. There he completed a program of study at the U.S. Navy Electronics Technician School. After leaving the Navy, Price worked for a defense contractor, a semiconductor manufacturer, and for the King County Metro.[1]

Price made the following statement to Ballotpedia regarding his political philosophy:[1]

I believe we should be free to live our lives as we see fit as long as our activities do not interfere with the freedom of others. I will work to increase more choice in education through a voucher system. I will oppose any further restrictions on our Constitutional rights. I will oppose any new taxes or increase of our existing taxes. [2]
