Campaign website

Myers’s campaign website stated the following:

Homeless Veterans
In America, it's time to put our veterans first. We must stop housing illegal aliens and redirect our resources towards those who have served our nation honorably. As part of my commitment to America First, I advocate for ending welfare benefits for those who have entered our country illegally. Our hardworking taxpayers should not bear the burden of supporting individuals who have not followed the legal immigration process.

We need to use that money to address the issue of homelessness among our veterans. It's a national disgrace that nearly 40,000 veterans are living on our streets. These brave men and women risked their lives to protect our freedom, and it's our duty to ensure they have a roof over their heads. I propose a comprehensive plan to provide housing, mental health support, and job opportunities for our homeless veterans.

By prioritizing the needs of American citizens and honoring our commitment to those who defended our great nation, we can make America stronger and more compassionate. It's time to redirect our focus, resources, and compassion toward those who have sacrificed for the red, white, and blue, not those who have invaded it.

Social Security and Medicare
It's time to stand firm and protect the backbone of our nation—our seniors and veterans. When I am in Congress, I will unequivocally reject any proposal to cut Medicare and Social Security. These are sacred commitments we've made to our citizens, and I will ensure they remain unbroken.

I've always said it, and I'll say it again: "Under no circumstance should Republicans vote to cut a single penny from Medicare or Social Security." Our seniors have worked hard, paid their dues, and it's our duty to honor their contributions. We won't let Democrats jeopardize the future of these vital programs.

Unlike some misguided proposals, we won't allow any budgetary shortcuts to compromise the well-being of our seniors. Instead, we'll focus on smart economic policies, job creation, and eliminating wasteful spending to ensure the long-term sustainability of these essential programs.

Together, as Republicans, we will stand united against any attempt to undermine the financial security and health care of our seniors. America First means putting our citizens, especially our cherished seniors, at the forefront of our priorities.

Let's make America stronger, more prosperous, and ensure our seniors live their retirement years with the dignity and support they deserve.

Taxpayer Protection Pledge
I will not vote for a single tax hike. I believe in a tax system that's simpler, flatter, and lower – just like it should be. The government's power comes from its ability to tax us, and we need to cut that down! I signed the Taxpayer Protection Pledge, a rock-solid commitment to fight against any tax increases. I put it in writing, just like I've been saying all along; my word is my bond. Americans for Tax Reform, founded by Grover Norquist; I am proud to stand with them. I'm in sync with them, and we're taking the fight to Congress. Nearly 1,400 elected officials, from state representatives to governors to U.S. Senators, have all signed on – and I'm right there with them. We're keeping our promises, and that's what I'm all about. So, let's cut the taxes and keep the economy roaring.

Finish Trump's Wall, Stop Fentanyl
It's time to put America First! We're facing a crisis—a flood of deadly drugs, especially Fentanyl, pouring across our borders. As your Congressman, I pledge to work to secure and lockdown our borders, stopping criminals and the poison of Fentanyl in their tracks.

We can't allow China to play games with our lives. The flow of Fentanyl ends now! I will vote to beef up border security, deploy cutting-edge technology, and ensure our brave men and women have the tools they need to protect our great nation.

I won't vote to spend a single taxpayer dollar on foreign aid until we've sorted out our problems at home. Billions are being thrown around the globe, which needs to be invested right here. It's time for America to be strong again!

I'll stand firm—no more lip service from politicians. I will vote to eradicate drugs, secure our borders, and put America's safety above all. Join me, and let's make America safe and prosperous for every citizen!

Children's Education
It's time to take back control of our children's education from the radical left and their crazy policies. Parents are the true stewards of their kids' future, not some far-off bureaucrats pushing radical ideologies.

I stand for putting power back where it belongs—with you, the parents. It's about time we ensure that the values we cherish, the traditions we hold dear, and the principles that make our nation strong are instilled in our children's education.

No more indoctrination, no more leftist agendas! I will vote to empower parents to choose the best education for their kids, be it public, private, or homeschooling. Your values matter, and they should be at the forefront of your child's learning journey.

The radical left may want to erase our history, but I say let's teach it proudly. American exceptionalism, the Constitution, and the values that built this great nation should be at the heart of our education system.

Join me, and together, we'll make sure that parents, not the radical left, are in charge of shaping the next generation of leaders. It's time for common sense and conservative values to guide our children's education!

Funding Our Military
We used to have the strongest military on the planet, but under Joe Biden, it's been depleted, and our national security is at risk. I'm here to tell you, we need to bring back the might of our armed forces, and we need to do it now.

China and other threats are looming, and we can't afford to be weak. I pledge to vote only for initiatives that rebuild our military to the powerhouse it once was. We'll invest, modernize, and make it clear that America stands strong.

But that's not all. I will support bills to make joining our military the proudest thing a young American can do. Incentives, benefits, and a renewed sense of purpose will drive our best and brightest to enlist. We'll restore the proud culture of our armed forces, where honor, discipline, and love for our great nation are at the forefront.

When I am in Congress, America's military won't just be rebuilt; it will be a force to be reckoned with. Let's make our armed forces great again and secure our nation's future. Join me in this mission to restore American military greatness!

Taking on the Deep State
Let me share a story of resilience and victory. The Deep State; they came after me, the the establishment – you name it. But I didn't back down, not for one second. I faced their attacks head-on, exposing corruption and standing strong against the swamp. I fought tooth and nail, and each time, I emerged victorious. Now, I'm taking that same fighting spirit to Washington, because the American people deserve a representative who knows how to stand up to the challenges. The swamp does not stand a chance against someone who gets things done. I've proven that with the right leadership, we can take on the deep state and WIN – making sure the people's voices are heard, not the shadowy bureaucrats. Together, we'll make sure Washington hears our voices loud and clear, and we'll keep winning for the hardworking American people!

Big Pharma and Prescription Costs
It's time we tackle the outrageous prices Big Pharma charges for medicine in our great nation. Joe Biden talks a big game about lowering drug costs, but it's all lip service, and the American people are paying the price—literally.

Under my watch, I won't vote to support a single dollar in Biden's extravagant spending on radical policies until we fix this issue. It's absurd that the same prescription that costs $500 here can be found for just $20 in other countries. That's not the America I know and love.

We need real action to make medicine affordable for hardworking Americans. I pledge to take on Big Pharma, cut through the red tape, and bring down the costs. Our people deserve access to the medications they need without breaking the bank.

Let's end the era of inflated drug prices, stand up for the American people, and make healthcare affordable again. Join me in this fight, and together we'll bring about real change!

Addressing Mental Health
We've got a serious problem in this country, and it's time for Congress to step up. Our jails are turning into makeshift mental wards, straining local budgets and leaving Americans in the lurch. It's unacceptable, and we need real solutions.

Congress must act now to change the waitlist for mental health services. The backlog and lack of mental health and addiction services are hurting our communities. When someone reaches out for help, they shouldn't face months of red tape and endless waitlists. That's not the America we want.

I've heard stories of people desperately seeking assistance, only to find that the help they need isn't there when they call. This has to change. We can't allow our fellow Americans to suffer in silence.

I urge Congress to prioritize mental health reform, streamline the bureaucracy, and ensure that those in need get timely access to the care they deserve. Let's put people over politics and make America a place where mental health is a priority, not an afterthought.

Join me in demanding action. Together, we can build a stronger, healthier nation for all.

Protect Children from Gender Insanity
Let's get one thing straight: there are only two genders – male and female. The left needs to stop their misguided attempts at confusing our youth with unnecessary complexities.

Our kids are being indoctrinated with confusing ideas that defy basic biology. It's time to put a stop to the left's narrative that claims otherwise. In our schools, we should be teaching facts, not fantasy.

I won't stand by while the left tries to rewrite the fundamental truths we've known for centuries. It's a disservice to our children and an assault on common sense.

As your Congressman, I will champion educational policies that prioritize reality over radical ideologies. Let's ensure our youth are equipped with the knowledge they need to navigate the world, grounded in the principles that have stood the test of time.

Join me in rejecting the left's attempts to distort reality. Together, we'll protect the values that make our nation strong.

War in Israel and Middle East
We stand with our friends in Israel, a beacon of democracy in a tough neighborhood. It's crucial that they have our unwavering support. However, it's time for a reality check.

Israel is a sovereign nation, capable and resilient. We've got our own battles to fight right here on American soil. While we support Israel, we must also prioritize our homeland. It's about putting America first, not neglecting our own needs.

Let's encourage our friends in Israel to stand tall and fight their battles with the strength we know they possess. We'll be there to assist and support, but it's time for them to take charge of their destiny.

In the spirit of sovereignty, let's focus on fortifying our great nation. A strong America benefits us and our allies worldwide. It's time to make America even greater while ensuring our friends in Israel remain a force for stability in the Middle East.

Stop Congressional Insider Trading
We must stop the corruption that's been running rampant. Ohio recently saw the largest corruption scandal to hit the state (Larry Householder and HB6) – an absolute disgrace and the worst political corruption in our state's history. But guess what? This isn't just an Ohio problem; it's happening every day in our nation's capital.

We've got elected representatives like Nancy Pelosi abusing their security clearances and briefings for personal gain. It's insider trading at its worst, and it's got to stop! Our lawmakers shouldn't be profiting from their privileged positions.

As your Congressman, I promise to clean up this mess. No more backdoor deals, no more abusing the system. We'll put an end to this corruption and ensure that our representatives serve the American people, not their own pockets.

Together, we'll make Washington transparent, accountable, and focused on the people's business. Let's put America first and make our government work for YOU!

Supporting Law Enforcement
Supporting our law enforcement is not just a choice, it's a necessity. Our police officers are the backbone of our communities, standing on the frontline to keep us safe. It's time to give them the respect and resources they deserve.

First and foremost, I am going to vote to secure the funding our local law enforcement needs. No more defunding nonsense. We need our officers well-equipped and well-prepared. This includes the latest technology, training, and tools they need to succeed in their vital mission.

But it doesn't end there. Mental health matters. We are going to break the stigma surrounding mental health in law enforcement. These heroes face unimaginable challenges, and we must provide the support they need. It's time to prioritize mental health services, ensuring our officers have the resources to cope with the stress of the job.

Let's strengthen the bond between our communities and the men and women in blue. We're all in this together, and a safer America starts with a strong partnership between law enforcement and the people they serve. Together, we'll make America safe, strong, and proud.

Correctional Officer Recognition
In Congress, I will advocate for increased recognition and support for correction officers. This includes addressing critical issues such as staffing shortages, ensuring adequate resources, and providing mental health support. I believe in the importance of acknowledging their sacrifices and working towards fair compensation. Our correction officers deserve not just our gratitude but tangible support, reflecting the immense responsibility they bear. As a representative, I will strive to elevate their voices, pushing for policies that prioritize their well-being and uphold the safety of our communities. These unsung heroes protect us from the most vile and dangerous animals, allowing us to sleep at night. They must be recognized!

Opioid Crisis
Let me share a piece of my story that's personal and fuels my commitment to an "American First" approach on the opioid crisis.

I saved my sister from the jaws of the drug epidemic. I literally took her off the streets of Columbus where she was facing unimaginable things. It wasn't easy - when we tried to get her into treatment in southern Ohio, guess what? All the beds were full. But we fought hard, and she got the help she needed. I stood by her during recovery, and that experience changed me.

Now, I'm not just about talk; I'm about action. I volunteer my time helping others battling addiction, making sure they have the resources to succeed. But let's talk about why this crisis is getting worse – China and those open borders under Biden. It's time to stop this flood of drugs.[2]
