Derrick O'Neill
Derrick O'Neill is a judge of the Idaho 4th Judicial District. He assumed office in 2021. His current term ends in 2025.
He was appointed to the court on June 28, 2021, by Gov. Brad Little to replace Deborah Bail.[1]
Biography
Education
O'Neill received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho and a J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
Career
Prior to his time on the bench, O'Neill was a partner with Jones Williams Fuhrman Gourley, P.A. He has three decades of litigation experience with expertise in the area of judicial foreclosures.
