Dyess received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern State University and her J.D. from Louisiana State University School of Law.[3]
Career
Prior to her judicial election in 2014, Dyess was an attorney at the Dyess Law Firm, LLP, handling cases in family, criminal, personal injury and business law.[3]
