I am a Christian, devoted husband, father of 10, and Constitutional Conservative. I served my country for over 25 years as a combat veteran of the U.S. Army, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and returning home to Texas. I'm a registered nurse and understand the intricacies of healthcare, as well as a real estate broker.

I am passionate about the freedoms of all Texans, those born and unborn, and will fight for the Constitution to be upheld. Texas needs to secure the border, freeze the budget, eliminate resident's property taxes, and stop gender fiction and the sexualization of children.

  • I am a proven leader who will listen, communicate, and serve faithfully. Courage is in short supply and cowardice abounds, it is time for real leaders.
  • The incumbents in the State House have had ample time to prioritize the people's business and not their own. Instead, they passed the largest budget increase in the history of Texas. It's time for a fresh start.
  • If you want a true Representative, someone who will fight for your priorities, and listen to your voice, join me in the fight for Texas!
Freezing the budget and reducing spending and the shrinking the government.

Protecting children from all manner of threats (border security, indoctrination at school, gender fiction, etc.) they face in our current society.

Passing effective, whole, GOP priority legislation every session.
Honesty, faithfulness, humility, and the willingness to actively listen and then to act unabashedly for what is right.
That I did everything in my power to protect the future for my children.
The state legislature should fulfill their constitutional duties and reclaim the overreach given to the governors' office. The governor's job should be restricted to his constitutional duties, we elect a governor, not a king.
Halting spending, securing the border, and reigning in marxist/maoist ideologies that are destroying our government and society.
A limited amount of experience may be beneficial, but creating a career out of politics is abhorrent. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
Building relationships is one thing, as long as they are working relationships and legislators have common goals. It is important to surround oneself with people of good character.
They should restrict this practice as much as constitutionally possible.
Compromising with likeminded individuals to achieve a common goal is one thing, compromising with Democrats is absolutely not necessary or desirable and should be avoided at all costs.
To codify what a man and a woman is into law.

Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) Dewey R. Collier II is a Christian, devoted father, husband, constitutional conservative, combat veteran, Registered Nurse and Real Estate Broker. He has dedicated his life to selfless service, sacrifice, and devotion to fellow brothers and sisters, the Republic of Texas, and the United States of America. He believes strongly in states rights, and the freedoms as established within the United States Constitution.
  • I am committed to limited government
  • Defending our children in a hostile world
  • Securing and Defending our Borders
I am committed to limited government, lowering taxes, less spending, and individual liberty. I will help to strengthen Texas by advancing the Republican Platform, fighting to maintain Texan values, independence, entrepreneurship, and freedom. As your representative, I will not support any legislation that will further restrict your freedoms nor will I support any increase in taxes without irrefutable evidence that the need is imminent. On the contrary, I will fight to minimize your tax burden by reallocating new funding requirements from existing and/or outdated (pet) projects that truly don't benefit all Texans equally.
