Diana Becton
Diana Becton was a judge for the Superior Court of Contra Costa County in California. She was appointed by former governor Pete Wilson in 1995.[1][2] She won re-election to a six-year term in 2014.[3] Becton retired from the court in 2017. She was appointed the district attorney of Contra Costa County in September 2017.[4]
Biography
Becton received a bachelor's degree from San Francisco State University in 1974 and a J.D. from Golden Gate University in 1985. She was an attorney in private practice from 1987 until her appointment to the court in 1995.[2]

As an unopposed incumbent, she was automatically re-elected without appearing on the ballot.
