Blick defeated Patrick Wall for the judgeship of the new Litchfield Hills Probate District on November 2, 2010.[6] Blick won with 9,149 compared to Patrick Wall's 8,847 votes.[2] This new court replaces the Kent and Litchfield Probate Districts in 2011.[7]
