Diane R. Alshouse
Diane R. Alshouse is a former Second Judicial District judge for Ramsey County, Minnesota. She was appointed to this position by Governor Tim Pawlenty on August 18, 2005. Alshouse retired in 2016.[1]
Education
Alshouse received her B.A. from Luther College in 1970 and her J.D. from the Hamline University School of Law in 1984.[2]
Career
Alshouse began her legal career in 1985 as a managing attorney in the Ramsey County Public Defender's Office. She worked in this position until she joined the district court in 2005. During 1997 and 1998, she also practiced law as an assistant Hennepin County attorney.[2]

Alshouse ran unopposed in the general election November 6, 2012.[3] She received 98.55 percent of the vote.[4]
