Diane K. Vescovo was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. She was appointed to this court on June 15, 1995.[1] She retired in May 2020.[2]

Early life and education

Diane Vescovo was born in 1955. She received her B.A. degree from the University of Virginia in 1977 and her J.D. degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 1980.[1]

Career

Vescovo began her legal career in 1980 as a law clerk to Judge Harry W. Wellford of the Western District of Tennessee. The following year, she began practicing law with Lloyd C. Kirkland, Jr. In 1987, she joined the International Paper Company as Litigation Counsel. She then became a partner of Wolff Ardis, P.C. in 1992. She worked in this capacity until her judicial appointment in 1995.[1]
