Dianna Ball Calfee

Dianna Ball Calfee is the District 4 representative on the Bradley County Board of Education in Tennessee. The general election was held on August 7, 2014.
Biography
Calfee is a native of Bradley County. She earned a bachelor's degree in elementary and special education from Middle Tennessee State University, a master's degree in administration and supervision from Tusculum College and has completed 45+ hours of upper graduate level work from University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. After college, Calfee taught 18 years at Bradley Central High School and then served as the director of special education and federal projects for 11 years. Since her retirement in 2009, Calfee has been an adjunct professor at Cleveland State Community College and has contracted work as an academic specialist helping focus schools increase academic achievement. She was also appointed to the Dean’s Board of Advisors, for the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences, at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 2009.[1]

In the August 7, 2014 general election, incumbent Vicki Beaty ran unopposed in District 2. Incumbent Troy Weathers ran against Dianna Ball Calfee in District 4. Challengers Christine Critchfield and Tammy A. Magourik faced off in District 6.
