The Judicial Update

March 29, 2012

Hawaii: First Circuit District Court Judge Lono Lee had to do some quick thinking when a man entered his courtroom, jumped on his bench and broke a flagpole behind the judge.[1] Lee subdued the man, Steven Michael Hauge, by putting him in a chokehold. Hauge, who was charged with charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction of government operations, and criminal property damage, is being held at Oahu Community Correctional Center.[2] Hague's wife says her husband is upset with the judicial system because it wouldn't investigate his father's death several decades ago.[1]
