District Judge White dies
November 13, 2010
Texas: Judge Jimmy White, of Texas District 76, passed away on November 13, 2010, at the age of 65. He had served ont he 76th District Court since June 7, 1995. He was well-thought-of in the legal community. County District Attorney Chuck Bailey said of him, "He was always careful to follow the law and give both sides before him a fair trial...He was a pleasure to work with, because no matter how difficult the situation, he approached it in a graceful manner that truly reflected his respect for the law and his respect for those before him."[1]
