Dixon Measure S was on the ballot as an initiative in Dixon on November 3, 2020. It was approved.

A “yes” vote supported repealing the water rate changes that were established on January 22, 2019 and reinstating the water rates from January 1, 2019.

A “no” vote opposed repealing the water rate changes that were established on January 22, 2019, therefore maintaining the existing water rates.


A simple majority was required for the approval of Measure S.

Shall the measure adopting an ordinance that amends the City of Dixon's water charges to repeal those charges established on January 22, 2019 by Resolution 19-010 and replace them with the water changes collected by the City of Dixon in effect on January 1, 2019 be adopted?
