Biography
Dominick Jack Kavanaugh was born in Evansville, Indiana. Kavanaugh served in the U.S. Army Reserve starting in 2023. He earned a bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University. Kavanaugh's career experience includes working as a civil engineer.[1]
