  • Vote for new progressive leadership with a NEW VISION for a NEW Memphis.
  • Slave wages no more, minimum wage in the state of TN is $7.25 our constituents deserve more! I will work for hard working families.
Education
Education Reform- Ensure that no child's future is determined by their zip code, parents' income, race or disability. Transitional Lifestyle Skills - Introduce more initiatives to invest in career readiness training and community colleges to improve student success and grow a stronger, more prosperous and more inclusive middle class. Strengthen college as a reliable pathway to the middle class, not an investment that provides limited returns and leaves graduates with mountains of debt they can't afford. As an HBCU graduate, Dominique is committed to supporting colleges and universities that play unique and vital roles in their communities, including Historically Black Colleges/Universities and Minority-Serving Institutions.

Affordable Health Care
Medicaid Expansion- As a state representative, Dominique will work diligently to protect the Affordable Care Act. Every constituent deserves access to affordable healthcare, quality coverage, and peace of mind. Dominique plans to build on the Affordable Care Act by giving Tennesseans more choices, reducing health care costs, and making our healthcare system easier to navigate. "Just because you have a pre-existing health condition like diabetes or cancer does not mean you should have to go bankrupt to afford quality health care benefits," says Frost
