Don Kilgore was a 2014 candidate for the Eighth Judicial District (Place 1) in Mississippi.[1]

Kilgore ran for election to the Eighth Judicial District.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 40.7 percent of the vote. He competed against Marcus Gordon.

Education
Kilgore graduated from Philadelphia High School in 1967 and received both his business and J.D. degrees from the University of Mississippi.[2]
Career
As of 2014, Kilgore has worked as an attorney general for the Mississippi band of Choctaw Indians for ten years. Prior to that, he practiced law for 28 years in Philidelphia, Mississippi, and was an attorney for the Neshoba County Board of Supervisors. He began his legal career as a judge advocate general officer for the U.S. military for four years after earning his law degree.[2]
