Judge orders man to be evicted from parents' home

On May 22, 2018, Judge Greenwood ruled that Michael Rotondo would have to move out of his parents' house and ordered adult protective services to investigate. The case began earlier in May 2018 when the parents filed evidence of sending their son five eviction notices, beginning in February 2018. Greenwood asked the parents' lawyer to come up with an eviction order for Greenwood to sign. Rotondo, who argued in court that he was entitled to live six more months at his parents' home, said he should be allowed to live there for 30 more days. He told reporters after the hearing that he planned to appeal the decision.[2][3]
