Donald E. Oda, II is a judge of the Warren County Common Pleas Court General Division in Lebanon, Ohio. He was elected to the court on November 6, 2012, and sworn in on December 19, 2012.[1]

Education

Oda received his undergraduate degree in journalism from the Ohio State University in 1991 and his J.D. from Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1995.[2]

Career

Before his election to the Warren County Common Pleas Court, Oda served as a judge of the Warren County Court from 2004 until December 2012. At the same time, he worked as a full-time attorney in private practice.[3]

Elections

2012

Oda was elected to the Warren County Common Pleas Court in 2012. He defeated Roger D. Staton in the general election on November 6, winning 63.93 percent of the vote.[5]
