Endriss issued the following statement regarding his bid for office:

I have put together an ambitious two step solution for fixing the U.S. House of Congress. The first step is to get me to Washington, D.C. as a true No Political Affiliation Congressman, who doesn't owe favors to anyone. Instead, I will by first hand experience, gather and incorporate workable ideas into an effective procedure that can best integrate a new representative communication and management system being developed by TheTechParty.com

The second step starts in 2018. By working with other like-minded Americans across the county, we will make our representative management system available to all 435 districts, and take back the House of Congress from agenda-driven political parties. [9]
