Donald F. Parsons
Donald F. Parsons was a vice chancellor on the Delaware Court of Chancery. He joined the court in 2003.[1] Parsons retired from the court on October 22, 2015.[2]
Education
Parsons received his undergraduate degree from Lehigh University and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.[1]
