Donald J. Sullivan
Donald J. Sullivan was a judge on the San Francisco County Superior Court. He was appointed by former Governor Gray Davis in October 2003 to succeed David A. Garcia.[1] Sullivan retired on February 28, 2017.[2]
Biography
Sullivan received a bachelor's degree and a J.D. from Santa Clara University. Prior to becoming a judge for the San Francisco County Superior Court, Sullivan was an attorney with the Brandi Law Firm for five years. He also was an attorney with Herron and Herron and for the California Department of Transportation.[1]

Sullivan ran for re-election to the superior court in 2012. As an unopposed incumbent, his name did not appear on the ballot. After the primary election, Sullivan was automatically re-elected.[3]
