Donald J. Volkert Jr.
Donald J. Volkert Jr. was a Superior Court judge in the Passaic County district of New Jersey. Volkert was appointed to the court in 1992 and obtained tenured status in 1999. His term expired in 2014, the year he reached 70 years of age.[1][2][3]
Education
Volkert received his undergraduate degree from the University of Charleston in 1966 and his J.D. from the Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University in 1969.[3]
