Donald J. Lee (1927-2011) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He passed away in March of 2011 while serving on senior status.

Lee was nominated by President George H.W. Bush on November 9, 1989, to a seat vacated by Hubert Teitelbaum; he was confirmed by the Senate on March 9, 1990, and received commission three days later. He assumed senior status on April 6, 2000.[1] Lee was succeeded in this position by David Cercone. Lee died on March 17th, 2011.
